These terms apply to all orders, enquiries and interactions with Oromom, a brand of SiSu Foods, Chennai.

1. Orders

All orders are placed through enquiry only. No online checkout is available at this stage. Orders are confirmed only after direct communication with the Oromom team.

2. Pricing

Prices are shared at the time of enquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges are additional and quoted at actuals.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver within Chennai (local delivery) and ship to Bengaluru and Hyderabad via courier. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations may not be accepted. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

5. Food & Allergens

Complete ingredient, allergen, nutrition and shelf-life information is available on product packaging. Our brownies currently contain egg. Please check packaging carefully if you have dietary requirements.
