Refund Policy

At Oromom, every order is made in small batches with care. Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we have a limited refund and return window. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving it at oromomofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2. Perishable Products

As all Oromom products are freshly made and have a limited shelf life, we are unable to accept returns on the basis of change of mind or personal taste preference.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before the order goes into production. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations will not be accepted. For custom or bulk orders, cancellations are not accepted after the order has been confirmed.

4. Courier & Delivery Issues

For orders shipped to Bengaluru and Hyderabad via courier, Oromom is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner. If an order is lost or significantly delayed, please write to us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund timeline with you at the time of approval.
